The 29-year-old was hit by claims she had a relationship with the controversial 79-year-old this week, however the reports have now been slammed as untrue.

A rep for Irina told Express.co.uk: "The rumours regarding an alleged romantic and or personal affair with Sepp Blatter by El Mundo newspaper in Spain are a pathetic attempt at defaming Ms Shayk and are absolutely not true."

The added: "We have no intentions of further acknowledging these allegations as they are wholly unfounded."

Yesterday, El Mundo made the claim linking the Russian beauty to Sepp in a piece titled: "All the women in Blatter’s life."

The newspaper declared Sepp "had a relationship" Irina – who is currently seeing American Sniper actor Bradley Cooper – after dating tennis player Ilona Boguska but before meeting glamorous Linda Barras, 50.

This week, Irina appeared to hit out at her ex Cristiano Ronaldo in an explosive interview with Spanish magazine Hola.

The star spoke of her desire to be in a happy relationship, saying: "Of course I prefer to be with someone, but with the right someone."

She added: "It’s very simple. You have to be faithful to your other half and not have secrets. That’s my rule."

Asked to define her perfect partner, Irina said: "He’s got to be kind, amusing and honest and he’s got to know how to treat a woman. And he’s also got to be faithful."

Irina's comments seemed to be an attack on Real Madrid star Cristiano, however the footballing ace has previously rubbished cheating claims in the past.
