WE'VE all been frustrated by public transport at one time or another.

But instead of just cursing under his breath, the boozy brawler in this video is filmed physically attacking a temporary London bus stop sign.

The amateur Rocky Balboa ducks and dodges against the inanimate North London signpost before falling backwards in a stunned slump – to the amusement of the onlookers.

At one point in the video, the vest-wearing fighter wrestles the bus stop sign into a headlock before throwing his head back to mime the painful aftermath of taking a signpost-punch to the chin.

Ashleigh Owens, who filmed the bizarre brawl, said: "He seemed to be very aggressive and angry so we felt quite threatened and uncomfortable.

"But it soon became apparent that the only thing he wanted to start a fight with was the bus stop. 

"He started punching the sign and miming getting hit back by it. His acting skills were quite admirable and he completely threw himself into his little crazy role-play. We were rooting for him"

The video was first posted online last October but only recently achieved internet fame through social-networking sites like Facebook and Twitter.

The much-shared video ends when the drunken fighter finally knocks the signpost to the street - celebrating with a Hulk-like roar.

Ms Owens said: "He made everyone laugh and smile and it was all very harmless"
