A new trend is circulating in the arena of men’s fashion and it’s all around the one and only, ever-so-popular, J. Crew Gingham print button down shirt. Enough so, that New York City television writer Jonathan San created a pseudo-chic parody Instagram account, “thatjcrewginghamshirt,” to document the mass rising appeal to this causal clothing item. The account reached more than 2,000 followers since its creation earlier this month.
San snaps quick shots of men he sees sporting the trendy threads around the city then documents the proof on Instagram.
“It’s the bacon of men’s shirts and who doesn’t like bacon,” San told the Huffington Post. “Also, vegans and vegetarians are totally allowed to wear this shirt.”
